The purpose of The Men’s Club at Encore is to benefit the social welfare of the Members, and to foster goodwill and camaraderie throughout the entire Encore Monroe Condominium Association community. It operates as a non-profit unincorporated association. Further, it operates as an auxiliary of the Encore Monroe Condominium Association Board. The Club develops and plan activities, trips, athletic events and is community active through financial and physical involvement.

 The government of the Club is vested in a Board of Directors as follows:
